How to Vote on the eSlate Voting Machine

Tips:
1.) The video should start automatically once the page is loaded.
2.) If it doesn't, click on the far left button in the box at the bottom of the screen to start the video. That will start it.
3.) The green button on the right side controls the volume...move it right to turn it up.
4.) If you don't hear anything, turn up the volume dial on your speaker at home (both have to be
on to hear the audio).
