Filling in the Registration Form

 

  • Fill in the Voter Registration Card using a dark ink pen.
  • Use your legal name.
  • If you live in an apartment, make sure you fill in the apartment number of your residence.

  • Remember to sign the Voter Registration Card before mailing.
